Having returned to the office this week after a time of relaxation this Christmas season, I’ve been reflecting on the whirlwind year that was 2021. Despite all the challenges this pandemic posed (and continues to pose), I was able to appreciate all the advances our clients have made with us as an integral player.
Thanks to you, D. Bello had a record shattering year in 2021 – new clients, new geographies and new partnerships. We’ve expanded our California management team, invested in production facilities and laid the foundation for exciting additional offerings in this year and beyond. Here are a few highlights of 2021:
- Increased Throughput. Our existing clientele increased transactional volumes and engaged D. Bello for additional services like never before. We saw a year-over-year increase in existing client of 60%.
- Global Team Growth. Our Title Production WorkforceTM has grown to well over 500 members as we continue to invest in our global affiliates. The confidence demonstrated in us by our clients allows for investments in training, infrastructure and security as we strive to meet their needs now and in the future.
- New Data Services. Our land record and title plant business took new strides to meet client demand by offering full end-to-end title database management. From image acquisition to data quality control, D. Bello now offers a wider array of land record management, serving over 600 counties nationwide, for our clients.
- Expansion to New Geographies. New clients and client expansion has allowed us to gain experience in and service new geographies across nearly a dozen new states. The accumulation of the added experience and knowledge results in higher quality services both upstream and downstream.
It was amazing to see our clients utilize D. Bello’s Title Production WorkforceTM to outperform their local competition and grow their businesses this past year.
