NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. – Jun. 23, 2022 – D. Bello, a leading remote workforce solution in the real estate title space, announced that it has made a donation to the American Land Title Association (ALTA) Good Deeds Foundation. The $10,000 gift provides support to the foundation’s mission of assisting title professionals in charitable efforts to their local communities.
“We’re grateful to join in the positive change that the title industry is bringing about in cities and neighborhoods across the country,” said D. Bello CEO Jeffrey Bates. “D. Bello exists to be a seamless extension of title companies. This is just one more way we can support the great work industry professionals do to be a force for good in their communities.”
Launched in 2020, the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation bolsters the charitable efforts of ALTA members by awarding grants to 501(c)(3) organizations. These organizations are nominated by members, and grants are awarded twice a year through a competitive application process. In March, the foundation awarded $6,000 each to 20 charities at the annual ALTA Springboard event in Tampa, Florida. The foundation will announce the next round of award winners at ALTA ONE in October.
“We love the title businesses,” added COO Andrew Acker. “Our roots are in this industry, and we are proud to have a hand in helping to provide these grants to outstanding organizations hand-selected by ALTA members. We look forward to seeing which organizations receive grants this fall.”
D. Bello has served the title industry since 1988 with high-value, reliable labor resources. Through its Title Production WorkforceTM, the Southern California company, which is a member of both ALTA and the California Land Title Association, provides an intentional outsourcing model that replicates the tasks and processes of each title company they work with, solving numerous production challenges. This frees up employees to dedicate more time to serving customers and growing their business.
