Looking Back, Moving Forward: 2025 in Review

As we reflect on 2025, one thing is clear: the year was defined not just by achievements, but by the passion, creativity, and resilience of the people who made them possible.
Take a look at what made 2025 so memorable.

With 2025 behind us, I've been reflecting on what made the past year so memorable. It wasn’t just the milestones we hit or the challenges we overcame. It was the passion, creativity and resilience of the people who made it all happen.

Last year brought plenty of opportunities to grow and adapt. Stricter compliance regulations, rising cybersecurity threats and a shifting real estate market pushed us to think differently and stay ahead of the curve.

As Simon Sinek, renowned author, says, “Working hard for something we don't care about is called stress. Working hard for something we love is called passion.” And isn't that the truth? That drive to do what we love fueled us to innovate, refine and deliver for our clients in ways that make me incredibly proud.

2025 wasn’t just about the work, though. It was about the moments that reminded us what truly matters. From launching our Explain it to Me Like I’m 5 video series (which won an ALTA Title Webbie Award in New York City!) to making memories as a team here in Orange County, the year was packed with standout moments.

One of our unanimous favorites? The evening our D. Bello team came together to make dinner at my house. There were plenty of laughs, a few floury mishaps and a meal that could've impressed Gordon Ramsey. Some say our homemade pasta stole the show, but the real highlight for me was creating and enjoying the fruits of our labor together.

Thank you for being part of D. Bello’s journey this past year. Your trust and partnership inspire us to keep raising the bar.

We’re excited for what’s ahead in 2026! Here's to another year of bold ideas, innovative solutions and strong partnerships that help us all achieve great things together.
