Still in a New York State of Mind: A Look Back at ALTA ONE 2025

The D. Bello team went coast to coast for this year's ALTA ONE in the Big Apple, and honestly? We’re still trying to recover.
We love the opportunity to give back and get more people involved!

The D. Bello team went coast to coast for this year's ALTA ONE in the Big Apple, and honestly? We’re still trying to recover.

It’s just... a different pace. After all, where else do you need a dinner reservation at 12:30 a.m. on a Monday?

All joking aside, it was yet another great event. From Barbara Corcoran reminding us that tough times are the best times to leap forward, to having some laughs with SNL legend Rachel Dratch, the event was stacked with standout moments.

We also enjoyed catching up with so many of our favorite clients and industry friends.  To those who were there, thank you for sharing your wins, pain points and big plans heading into 2026. These conversations are the heartbeat of ALTA ONE, and the reason we come back year after year (well, that and the free drinks).

Oh, and in case we forgot to mention it casually…D. Bello won a Title Webbie Award for our Explain it to Me Like I’m Five series! These awards recognize ALTA-member companies that are using digital media best to help consumers understand the value of title insurance. A big thank you to all who voted for us!

The real highlight of ALTA ONE for us, though, was once again supporting the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation. This year, we turned ALTA ONE into a scavenger-hunt-style experience with QR codes hidden throughout the venue on signage, session slides and handouts. Attendees were then instructed to scan these codes and trigger a donation to the foundation on their behalf from D.Bello. (Their scan also entered them into a grand-prize giveaway). And yes, for those who made it to Bingo Loco, the QR code was on display there as well.

Congratulations to our grand-prize winners, Sara Jo Anderson of Grant County Title Company and Heather Noga of Southern Title Holding Company. Sara walked away with a Traeger Pellet Grill, and Heather selected a Blackstone Griddle! The real win was that, together we helped raise $15,000 for the ALTA Good Deeds Foundation! All to boost awareness and support for nonprofits across the country through its incredible work.

Big thanks to everyone who participated and helped spread the word! We love this industry and what it represents, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to partner with others to be a force for good in communities across the country.

Sure, we’re still struggling a little bit to shake off that New York state of mind. But we’re already looking ahead to what’s next because if there’s one thing ALTA ONE reminds us each year, it’s this: The title industry is powered by people who care, innovate and keep showing up.

We hope to see you in Scottsdale in 2026!
