Drawing upon extensive experience in the title industry, CEO Jeff Bates and COO Andrew Acker uncover a consistent pattern and recipe for success comprising three essential ingredients: people, process and technology.
In our first episode, we discuss the critical role that people play in the title industry and the importance of valuing their time and expertise. We address the common issue of overreliance on individuals without providing the necessary support for their success, which is ultimately unsustainable.
The industry is filled with process-oriented, investigative, curious people who love understanding how things work, what's missing and how to improve it.
